I’m often asked about Homeopathy on Holidays and what are the best remedies to bring.
So here’s a list of the most commonly needed remedies for homeopathy on holidays.

But, for general purposes, here’s the list ….
Homeopathy on Holidays – The Remedies
Shock from injury / trauma. Fear of flying or other fears. Feel anxious and panicky.
Hayfever and hayfever type symptoms.
Bee and insect stings. Allergic reactions resulting in swelling, redness and stinging pain.
Fear of flying / ferries. With diarrhoea or loose stool.
Jet Lag. Injury resulting in bruising, trauma.
Food poisoning. Vomiting. Diarrhoea. (Don’t leave home without this one!).
Sunburn. Fevers. Throbbing headaches.
Wound healing. Sunburn.
Cystitis. Burns, including sunburn.
Trapped wind. Bloated and full, set off by rich food. Feels faint.
Pain, unbearable. EAR PAIN in children on airplane (from pressure change).
Dehydration. After diarrhoea or food poisoning.
Jet Lag. Travel sickness. Not feeling well (or ‘right’) after travelling. Not feeling well (or ‘right’) after lack of sleep. Vertigo or dizzyness.
Sunstroke / Heatstroke (Specific remedy for this). Sun headaches.
Insect sting/bite or animal bite. Injury to coccyx.
Insect sting/bite or animal bite. Puncture wound.
Bloating & Distension. Passing a lot of gas.
Hangover! Constipation from travelling. Bloating. Heartburn. (Don’t leave home without this one!!)
Diarrhoea which is painless. Spluttery, watery, with lots of gas. Lots of rumbling in abdomen from gas.
Heat rash. Sunburn, with itch. Jelly fish sting.
