Migraines and Headaches are a complaint regularly treated by homeopaths.
Migraines can be very debilitating with people having to go lie down in a dark room away from light and noise. Nausea and vomiting can accompany them. And strong medication is often required.
How can homeopathy help Migraines and Headaches?
In two ways.
Firstly, by dealing with the migraine when you actually have it. This is known as treating a migraine or headache ‘acutely’. I’m going to list some very good Migraine and Headache remedies below which you can check out and find one that fits.
Secondly, by reducing the tendency to get them. This is where I come in. By having a full consultation with me, I can then build a full and holistic picture of you as a person and prescribe a remedy or combination of remedies which matches you. With the focus being on head pain remedies. This will then strengthen your susceptibility to migraines and headaches, thereby reducing the frequency and severity as the treatment progresses.
